3. Transportation & Shipping

• After production is complete, the product will be shipped via Sea Freight followed by last-mile delivery with carriers like UPS, FedEx, or Trucking services.
• In the event of customs issues, we may contact you to assist with clearance procedures.

4. Order Acceptance & Inspection

• Upon receipt of the product, please carefully inspect the package for any damage caused during transit.
• If necessary, we strongly recommend purchasing Seel shipping insurance!

Mangosteenebike limited 1-YEAR warranty covers all electric scooters. All components and parts are promised zero material, quality, and workmanship defective. We will provide replacement item(s) for free if there's such issue(s) to find during the warranty period. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the scooter and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.
